To create a Smark Network account, you need to agree with the terms of service below.

Smark Network reserves the right to change the terms of use and privacy at any time!

<b> The data we process when you use Smark Network </b>

<b> User obligations </b>

Any attempt to change the Smark Network source code is expressly prohibited.

<b> Platform obligations </b>

Smark Network is required to:

<b> No employment bond </b>

It is expressly stipulated that it is not established, by virtue of the present terms, any bond of an employment or responsibility, between either party and employees, employees, subcontracted, service providers and agents of the other party.

No disposition contained in this terms will be interpreted as a commitment of any kind regarding performance.
